Any new dates are sent to this list first - and usually fill within minutes or hours. To accommodate as many different guests as possible, we may limit reservations to a max of two people per guest response.

Chef Nico’s Spotlight Dinner Series will continue with pop up dates as schedules align. Future dinners promise an added level of excitement as they continue to feature collaborations with amazing local chefs.

SOLD OUT! Saturday, February 14 - Guest Chef Dinner with Nico Abello and Mike Rednak  - The Loft at Soby's 

Please join Chef Nico Abello for his first collaboration dinner of the year. Chef Nico is excited to partner with Chef Mike Rednak, of Lucy Anne's, for a multi-course dinner on Saturday, February 14th. This Valentine's Day dinner will take place in the Loft at Soby's.

There will be two seatings for the evening, one at 5:00 pm and the second at 8:00 pm, with 20 guests per seating. *Please note, this event will have communal seating. 

The Seven-Course Chef’s Tasting Menu is $150/person**. Wine is not included, but there are a variety of beverage add-ons available including a hand-selected wine pairing for $75/person or the option to select a favorite bottle from the Soby’s wine list.

Reservations are responded to in the order they come in - first emailed, first served. Due to the intimate nature of this event, a credit card will be requested to hold your reservation.

**Cancellation Policy: The response to these events has been very enthusiastic and we want to make sure we can accommodate as many guests as possible. Reservations may be cancelled without penalty prior to 24 hours before the event. Any reservations cancelled within 24 hours of the event will be charged $150 per reservation.
